The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Search Executive to support our growing Paid Media team. If you’ve got experience running Google Ads campaigns, a head for numbers, and a curious mind for how things can be done better, this is your chance to step into a performance-driven role with space to grow.

You’ll work closely with Paid Media Managers to plan, launch and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts. You’ll also learn how to integrate AI and automation into campaign workflows to save time and improve accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)

  • Research keywords, write and test ad copy, and set up conversion tracking

  • Support in planning campaign budgets, schedules, and audience targeting

  • Monitor daily performance to flag issues or opportunities for improvement

  • Use tools like ChatGPT and Performance Max to enhance campaign workflows

  • Create reports that turn data into clear, actionable insights

  • Contribute to client calls and performance reviews alongside senior team members

  • Stay current with paid media trends, automation, and AI innovations

  • Participate in training, development and internal knowledge-sharing sessions

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • 1–2 years’ experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display)

  • Confident using Google Ads platform for campaign setup and optimisation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical thinker — you’re confident reading data and drawing insights

  • Willingness to adopt new tools, including AI and automation

  • Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail

  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and how it delivers real-world results

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in client-facing roles

  • Microsoft Ads experience

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Looker Studio

  • Understanding of key sectors: property, travel, lifestyle, home services, B2B

  • Interest in using AI for ad copy, automation, or performance reporting
